The municipal director represents the mayor in his capacity as head of the municipal council and supervises all departments of the municipal council. The core tasks include overseeing the affairs of the City Senate and Municipal council. The municipal director is responsible for the management of internal services and administrative development.

What is the Municipal Director responsible for?

In performing the tasks of the internal service, the Municipal Director is responsible for ensuring a uniform, regulated and lawful course of business in all branches of the city administration. To this end, he is authorised to issue instructions to all employees and has comprehensive inspection and inspection rights.
