Your request is considered to be submitted and received only after the resumption of office hours, even if it has already reached the electronic disposal area of the City of Innsbruck.
The forwarding of submissions sent to the personal e-mail address of an employee of the City Magistrate is not guaranteed - especially in the case of absence of the person concerned.
