Where can I find the City of Innsbruck’s electronic mailbox?
You can access the City of Innsbruck’s electronic mailbox via https://www.innsbruck.gv.at/ezustellung.
How can I access my electronic mailbox to resolve my notice?
The login details for your electronic mailbox were sent to you either by post or by email when you first registered. For example, an electronic mailbox is set up automatically when you apply for a resident’s parking permit for the first time. If you apply for a new parking permit at a later date, your existing electronic mailbox will be used.
Electronic mailboxes remain active even if they are not used for a long period (for example, resident parking permits are usually only applied for every two years). New incoming correspondence will therefore continue to be delivered via your existing mailbox. You will not receive new login details.
If you have forgotten your mailbox login details, you can request a new password using the‘Forgotten password’function. You can use your email address as your username.
Once you have logged into your electronic postbox, you can also link your ID Austria to it.
