- Property number of the neighbouring properties
- Description of the technical execution of the demolition
- Safety measures
- final precautions
- For listed buildings: authorisation for demolition under monument protection law
A survey and preservation of evidence is essential before the work is carried out.
If the demolition is in connection with a building project that requires authorisation, you do not need a separate building notification. The application for the demolition of a building can also be submitted together with a building application(§ 49 Para. 2 TBO)
