To submit a notice of termination for the Service Unit Building inspection and building physics service, you will need the following documents in duplicate:
- Cancellation notification form
- Site plan showing
- cadastral boundaries
- The plot number of the plot on which the demolition is taking place
- Property numbers of the adjacent plots
- Description of the technical details of the demolition
- Safety measures
- Final arrangements
- In the case of listed buildings: planning permission for demolition under heritage protection legislation
A survey and preservation of evidence are essential before the work is carried out.
If the demolition is linked to a building project requiring planning permission, you do not need to submit a separate notice of demolition. The application for the demolition of a building may also be submitted together with a planning application (Section 49(2) of the TBO).
