For the termination notice at the Service Unit Structural engineering, fire protection and building physics.. you need the following documents in duplicate:
- Form demolition notice(Excel or PDF)
- Site plan with
- Cadastral boundaries
- Plot number of the plot where the demolition will take place
- Land parcel number of the adjacent land parcels
- Description of the technical execution of the demolition
- Safety measures
- final precautions
- In the case of listed buildings: permission for the demolition in accordance with the law on the protection of historical monuments
A survey and preservation of evidence is indispensable before the work is carried out.
If the demolition is related to a building project requiring a permit, you do not need a separate building notification. The application for the demolition of a building can then also be submitted together with a building application(§ 49 Abs 2 TBO)
