Stadt.Kunst.Innsbruck. Jury Acquisitions 2010–2015

The City of Innsbruck’s Cultural Office organises a wide variety of initiatives throughout the year. The ‘Stadt-Kunst-Innsbruck’ exhibition marked the first time the City of Innsbruck’s art collection was brought to the public’s attention, with the works on display in the Stadtsäle from 2010 to 2015.

As part of the ‘Stadt-Kunst-Innsbruck’ exhibition in the Stadtsaal building, 148 works of art by 66 Tyrolean artists were displayed across several floors. The total value of the acquisitions amounted to 350,000 euros. A comprehensive catalogue was published to accompany the exhibition, with texts provided by the artists themselves.
