Fair payment is important to us. However, due to budgetary constraints, our financial options are limited. Unfortunately, no new fair pay applications can therefore be accepted at present.
Applicants who have already received support in recent years can submit their applications until June 7, 2026 . However, we remain committed to providing fair and transparent conditions for all cultural professionals.
When can the Fair Pay grant be applied for?
The Fair Pay grant can only be applied for in connection with an artistic/cultural project. Payment is made at a maximum of 80 percent Fair Pay level. A Fair Pay grant can be awarded to employees with a genuine and independent contract of employment.
Legal entities based in Innsbruck that have already received funding from the Department of Culture in previous years for general cultural activities and the creation and maintenance of the structures necessary for those activities are eligible to apply.
The funds made available as Fair Pay compensation are to be used explicitly for Fair Pay measures.
