How can I report grievances?
Report grievances or violations of the law in the provincial capital of Innsbruck in the Whistle-Blowing Portal. In doing so, you can remain anonymous or also disclose your data. All information will be treated strictly confidential. Thank you for your support.
Theinput of tips is anonymous. The report is received via the portal. Receipt is confirmed in writing within seven days via the portal under the PIN number provided. After three months at the latest, the status of the investigation and measures will be communicated via the portal.

Why was the Whistle-Blowing Portal established?
In October 2019, the European Union adopted a directive for the protection of persons who report violations of applicable EU law in a professional context(Directive 2019/1937). In this context, the directive places great emphasis on the protection of whistleblowers and was implemented at the provincial law level in Tyrol through the Union Law Violations Whistleblower Act - UVHG.
