Building and housing register – Service Unit

Responsible for:

• Recording of all legally binding building projects in Innsbruck
• Collection of data for the Innsbruck energy database
• Collection of data for the car parking/bicycle parking database
• Assignment/correction of persons to top numbers and notification of those by means of registration slips
• Investigation and processing of rentals without consensus
• Correction of the building/unit structure in the building and apartment register

Not responsible for:

• Residence first registrations
• Passing on the date of construction of the building (responsible: City Adminstrative Group MA III - Planning, Building Law and Technical Infrastructure Management - Civil Engineering Intake Point ..)
